1. Create a Markdown or Notion draft
2. Submit to community via:
   • Snapshot (for voting)
   • Warpcast/Twitter
   • GitHub Discussions
3. Receive feedback and revise
4. Push to vote or implement directly

🗳️ Voting (DAO)

• Platform: Snapshot or custom Reown system
• Token used: MOVE
• Quorum, thresholds, and roles defined in DAO Constitution
