Broken links markers aren't cleared after the link is fixed

A couple of my spaces are showing broken links that don't exist.

For the one, the space has been showing 3 broken links for months. I think when they were first flagged they might have been broken, but they have long since been fixed.

For the other one, I created a CR this morning that included removing a topic. GitBook correctly indicated that it would cause a broken link from another topic. I fixed the link before I merged the CR. But the space is still showing that as a broken link, even though it was never broken in publication and isn't broken now.
