Add a user-defined "My Doc Sites" or a "Favorites" flag to put at the top

My company has many many doc sites for our various products. i would love to see some sort of user favorites option so that the 3 that I actually work on are either in their own section or simply filter to the top.

The Doc Sites may be in some order - but what order that is is not obvious to me, so I am constantly searching for my sites, which are scattered throughout the list. if I could put mine as a favorite and have it at the top of the list when I log in that would be great! and then other users could do likewise and their favorites would be at the top of their lists.
