Unable to edit the URL for a header link

I need to replace the URL for a header link in my published sites.

When I go to the Customize page, and select the edit option for the link, it won't allow me to replace the URL.

I click the URL field, but it's not editable - not able to edit the text or paste in the new URL.

Eventually the customize page seems to freeze and I have to reload, but I still can't make the change.

Don't know if you made any changes or if this was just a glitch that righted itself, but I was able to update the header URLs this morning.
