Add the ability to pause GIFs

What's your feature/idea?

It would be nice to have a way to pause GIFs - not only it helps with accessibility, but it can be helpful when there's a number of them on a page, and you can have a way to stop them all after you've seen it.

What's your desired outcome?

Being able to pause a GIF by clicking on it, for example.

What's the impact of this for you?

In an ideal scenario, it would be incredible to have the above AND a way for GIFs to stop automatically after 2 or 3 loops.
