External users are able to view content from within GitBook - is that possible? #949

A customer was having a problem getting to our published site because the domain includes .ai, which triggers some sort of security blocking.
Today the sales team let me know that the customer was able to get to our documentation content from within the GitBook website.
I'm still verifying how exactly they did that and what exactly they are seeing, but they do not have a GitBook account for our company. I'm hoping that at least means they can't edit anything.
So is it possible for an external user who is not in the users list to view GitBook content on the GitBook site?
