I've contacted GitBook support via their website, but they're not usually too fast about replying, so I'm hoping maybe I can get a quicker reply here. While doing some routing editing of one of our Gitbooks, all of our doc sites started returning

The organization has been suspended

and I was kicked out of the web app and can no longer log in! I have no idea what could have caused this and there was no indication of an issue at the time. This is quite problematic as all of our doc sites are down now (we prolly have around 20) and there is no clear explanation why or how to fix it.

Our spam detection considers various aspects such as sudden changes of IP, or publishing a lot of spaces in a very short time amongst others.

I've been using GitBook for over 10 years and it didn't stop them from blocking my account. I still don't know what exact thing I did that caused it. I asked for clarification on my support ticket with them and received none. It should terrify anyone that doing some normal edits on an account that's been in good standing for 10 years can make all your doc sites go offline for the day with basically no explanation or apology.
