I want to let people know about the changes I've made to my user documentation. Currently I'm doing a manual workaround. This would need to look different for different audiences.
For my colleagues (internal stakeholders):
The Slack integration works well but many of my colleagues don't use Slack. They use Microsoft Teams. I'd like a similar integration with that.
And/or I'd like them to be notified via email whenever I update a page in my user docs.
E.g. I want my Support desk to know about the latest product changes.
In such notifications, I want them to be able to click a link to view the page. Currently, with the Slack integration you must have a GitBook account to view the page (you are asked to sign in). This is not feasible.
For my users (external stakeholders)
I'd like a way for users of my documentation to be notified about new and updated content. This could be an in-GitBook type of notification.
