New Update on Page Outline and Code Block

With the new updates, GitBook just keeps on regressing imo.

When scrolling down the page, the outline does not stay put on the right side of the screen. This is a really bad change for pages with a lot of content. I am hoping you reconsider this change.

Also, there's no longer an easy way to copy a single line in a code block.

And the collections page that you have removed is still bugging me. I don't know why you guys keep pushing these massive changes and yet there's no announcement in the application.
