Github Files Integration: Disable behavior where clicking the code opens the Github file in new tab

Problem 🐞

Clicking anywhere in a Github Files code snippet block opens the Github file in a new tab. This behavior is unexpected and disruptive to readers who may be trying to highlight a portion of the code snippet.

Proposed Solution 🙏

• Only the Github link shown at the top of the Github Files code snippet block should open the Github file in a new tab.
• Clicking anywhere else in the code snippet block should not open any new tabs.
• Fix the option to hide the source code title and link. See https://github.com/orgs/GitbookIO/discussions/576
