Pressing return key when editing an anchor results in a new heading instead of just saving the anchor

I almost always edit anchors for all of my headings.

This is just a weird, small thing that is avoidable but annoying.

To replicate:

1. Click the options menu for a heading, then click Edit Anchor.
2. On the edit anchor panel, update the anchor.
3. The Save option is highlighted as the default, so I hit return to save the anchor.

Expected: The anchor is saved.

Actual: The anchor is saved, and a new empty heading is added above the original one.

To get around this, I have to remember to click Save instead of hitting the return key, which isn't a huge deal, but it's very natural to use the return key to save the update and close the panel.
