So I have used your platform for a long time and it's of great value to my tiny little business we use it to document our tools (products), and we created a Knowledge Base guide for our community as well as useing it on our internal projects as a documentation tool.

I would love to give you some money ... however
we are a tiny company, we do not need slots only 1 person ever needs to edit the KBs and docs, we would love to have the PDF download option, better customization, etc. but 114 USD a month is HUGELY out of budget

Even AutoDesk finally wised up and offered indie pricing of full-fat Maya and similar tools you should consider the same, you're leaving a lot of money on the table by not having an entry point that small independent studios and firms could make use of. To save you additional work load you could even strip the support features for the indie tier so you are not overwhelmed but giving us better means to customize and features like the PDF export would improve the quality of our KB ... further connect us with your product and when/if we grow we can then move to your non-indie pricing

As it is, its only a matter of time before someone else does a similar tool that is more small-scale friendly
