In Dark Mode - in-line links are using Primary 500 color variables instead of the lighter Primary 400 variable.

We've encountered some accessibility issues with our docs' dark mode. After updating our color for dark mode, I noticed the links inside of the docs were still too dark. I jumped into inspect mode and saw they still used the wrong color variable.
