Allow sorting of merged change requests by merge date

In the Merged list for change requests, the requests are listed in descending order based on when the change request was created. This does not necessarily reflect the order in which the requests were merged.

I had a change request that was created on 5 January, but ended up not being merged until 26 January because the corresponding product update was not released until then.

When I went to look for the change request in the Merged list, even though it was only merged a few days ago, I had to click Load More to even see it. It was completely separated from the other more recent change requests that were merged on the same day.

Please sort merged change requests in the order in which they were merged, to provide a better history of the site as the change requests are merged. Or at least provide an option to sort either by creation time or merge time.
