Clicking "Edit on Github" should open a new tab

When clicking the three-dot menu and then clicking Edit on Github, it should open in a new tab.

This makes it easy to compare your changes against the live page. Currently, you have to duplicate the tab and then go back to the duplicated tab to get the page back to compare the proposed changes against what is currently published.
