As of 2025/05/07 this situation has improved dramatically While it could be even better. I'm very happy with where the UX has landed. |

I have a lot of docs that are consistently named. For example "Troubleshooting Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet"
When trying to add a link to a document when this is true
I am presented with a list like this:
Notice how I am only able to get four more characters seen after the word "Troubleshooting".
Even when I hover over the pages in the list I can't see more of the title
Yes, I can see the headings - which is nice - but the headings not enough. Especially as the headings themselves are often consistent - these are troubleshooting guides that are written in a similar structure.
The impact on this is that it is very frustrating to pick the right page and I sometimes pick the wrong one. So I have to double check all the time.
What would be better: Provide a much longer title when searching for pages when adding links, so I know which page it I need. The longest title I have is "Troubleshoot WiFi and Internet problems with drawing tablets" - that's 61 characters.
