[Feature Request] Support adding url to an image

Requested Feature: Support adding url to an image (inline and block).
Expected behavior: When user click an image, if the image has an associated url, the page redirect the user to the associated url. If the image does not have an url, the default behavior could be display the image (which is the current behavior).
