Changes inside Tables display the entire table as changed in Diff view

When making a small change inside a table on any row / cell, the entire table will be shown as deleted and then recreated in the Diff View, without highlighting the actual change. This makes seeing what was changed very dificult on small tables and close to impossible on big tables.
