Allow users to change the email of the git sync commiter

When I use gitbook to edit the content of pages, and then synchronise those changes to git(hub), my gitbook login email is exposed as the commiter of those changes. I would prefer to have a different email displayed for those commits, preferably the github email for the web based git operations. (Github Docs)
