Allow adding cards to the start rather than at the end/Allow shifting cards from 1 group to another

Hi!

I found cards really useful for my team to display our roadmap. However, I find that we are only allowed to add cards at the end rather than to the start. Personally, it makes more sense for new items to be read from the top. Right now I am able to use a workaround by dragging the new empty cards to the top but I hope that there's an option for us to do this easily.

Secondly, I wanted to do something like Trello boards where you can shift cards that are work-in-progress to completed when they are done, so that viewers can see.
