Improved URL handling for chinese titles

What's your feature/idea?

Currently, the URLs are set based on each page's title by default. However, when the page's title is in Chinese, it gets converted to Hanyu Pinyin for the URL.

What's your desired outcome?

1. Translation to English: When a page's title is in Chinese, the blogging software could automatically translate it into English and use the translated title as the URL. This would ensure that the URLs are more accessible to a wider audience.
2. UTF-8 Encoding: Another approach could be to convert the Chinese title to UTF-8 encoding for the URL. This method would preserve the original Chinese characters while allowing compatibility with URL structures.
