What's your feature/idea?
Searching for "hand" returns results for "and". Whatever spelling/stemming settings you've got in place need tweaking.
Ideally there should be a way to do an exact/verbatim search (there doesn't seem to be) but in any case - this is a very irritating substitution.

Being able to search for the word "hand"
