Custom domain unexpectedly started to response with status code 404. Starting about 12 hours ago. No changes were made from our side. Can it be related to higher load to site or is possible to be the problem from the side of gitbook? Would be grateful to have some answer or contacts to discuss this issue ASAP.
No response from support on https://www.gitbook.com/contact were received for almost 10 HOURS!!!
WE NEED TO FIX THIS ASAP. ISSUE AFFECTS OUR CLIENTS VERY MUCH
