API Token Creation Returns 403 “Request blocked for security reasons”

Hi GitBook Support,
I’m trying to create a personal API token via the web UI (Developer settings → Create token).
After clicking “Create”, the request to POST /v1/tokens fails with HTTP 403 and the JSON error:
{"error":{"code":403,"message":"Request blocked for security reasons"}}

I have tried:

• Different browsers and incognito mode
• Disabling all extensions / ad-blockers
• Switching networks (corporate VPN vs. mobile hotspot)
