Getting working since the Meganato/Manganelo/Mangakalot demise

I have been able to get this working again on at least Natomanga, crudely. But the site is spitting a ton of invalid comic pages right now. Not sure if they will clean it up or not.

To clarify. Natomanga, the new replacement site seems to be splitting images up, perhaps to avoid copyright bots. Which when I posted I thought was invalid comic pages, but I now think is intentional.

Also, since then a new error seems to be occurring with MangaKakalotRetriviewIssueLinks when grabbing issues on Natomanga. It probably has sometime to do with the fact that images on that site are no longer self hosted, and are in fact hosted by 2xstorage.com. I think it might be that the downloader is not sending the right header and thus is getting blocked from downloading.

I just hope it's not another obfuscation method. I still haven't fixed the readonlinecomics.li obfuscation problem.
