Description
Description:
While modeling in the viewpoint "O8_OPRM Operational Process Mapping Viewpoint", I noticed that the connector "IsCapableToPerform" between Operational Performer and Operational Process is not valid.
In addition, the connector "IsCapableToPerform" is missing entirely from the toolbox in the SAF MDG modeling environment. As a workaround, we had to import and use the corresponding connector from the UAF MDG to establish the relationship.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open the O8_OPRM Operational Process Mapping Viewpoint in Enterprise Architect (SAF MDG 2024.02).
- Create an Operational Performer element.
- Create an Operational Process element.
- Attempt to connect them using the IsCapableToPerform connector.
- The connector is not valid or available in this context.
- Check the toolbox: The IsCapableToPerform connector is missing.
- Import the connector from UAF MDG and establish the connection successfully.
Expected Behavior:
The IsCapableToPerform connector should be available in the SAF MDG toolbox and should allow linking an Operational Performer to an Operational Process within the O8_OPRM Operational Process Mapping Viewpoint, in alignment with the intended modeling semantics.
Actual Behavior:
- The connector is not valid between Operational Performer and Operational Process.
- The IsCapableToPerform connector is missing from the toolbox in SAF MDG 2024.02.
- It was necessary to import the connector from UAF MDG to establish the intended relationship.
Environment:
- SAF MDG version: 2024.02
- Tool: Enterprise Architect
- Viewpoint: O8_OPRM Operational Process Mapping Viewpoint
- UAF MDG (used as workaround)
