ios inapp 的时候 收不到通知，回调不触发

app 在background 的时候 有pushnotification 显示，但app 在前台的时候 就收不到通知了，点几的时候 也没有回调
android 的版本可以
flutter 版本：2.5.3
plugin 版本：0.2.18
ios 版本：15.7.2
