From the error messages there was an issue either with your Copilot4Eclipse installation process or your environment is preventing Copilot4Eclipse from running. Copilot4Eclipse relies on an internally packaged nodejs executable that is part of your Eclipse distro (see WWD plugins). During the Copilot4Eclipse installation process any missing dependencies such the nodejs runtime are accessed and installed. There could be something in your env that blocked installation of the required dependencies or is preventing the nodejs executable from being launched as part of starting the Copilot4Eclipse Language Server. Please share the following info to help us understand what might be the root cause:
Quick Fix - you can uninstall Copilot4Eclipse as follows:

Hi and thanks in advance for your help
I'm using Eclipse-JEE-202503 and today I try to install Copilot4Eclipse from Eclipse MarketPlace and everything was fine, until I requested to restart Eclipse and it opened but a popup started to appear and does not allow Eclipse to start correctly.
Please could you help me to solve this problem or tell me if I can uninstall the application from the plugins folder?
Thank you.
Regards.
