Event syncing optimizations #8
Description
On some RPCs, event querying is rate limited, takes too long, or cannot query without certain block range limitations, etc.
The latest version of DSKit already handles these. However, the app should also ideally cache the latest block queried and on next load query from there onwards, instead of solely based on the last event cached.
