How to add a new game?

I want to make Call of Duty maps in this because the original CoDRadiant lacks a lot of features. CoDRadiant is based on q3radiant (the number of differences is smaller than the leftovers) and CoD uses the traditional quake 3 map format.
I can compile quake 3 maps created in netradiant-custom with CoD's q3map. But I would like proper support. So, where should I start?

That would be really cool if CoD1 would be supported.
