Context

Not numeric values are not forbidden to use in Street dividers input.
As street dividers value can be only numeric, we need to accept only numeric values in the input as well, to avoid any confusion.
Note: Use FF to reproduce.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open CMS, Open Street settings.
2. Try to set any alphabetical value in Street dividers input.

Expected result

Warning notification under input says "Only numeric field!"

Current result

User can add alphabetical value in Street dividers input, and then can't save it.
No warnings are present to amend user behavior.
