Install two gameservers on a single machine ?

I have a dedicated Left 4 Dead server running on a hosted Linux server. The installation was done with LinuxGSM. Now how can I install and manage a second Left 4 Dead server with LinuxGSM on this machine? Both servers should listen on two different ports and share the same server files.
