Project information missing in ReadMe #29

Hi everyone,
I am Sebastian and very interested in your Plugin, since it can be usefull for smart HomeCinema integration of LGTVs. At least thats what I hope: There is almost no information about the plugin given in the readme. Could you please write at least a few sentences on what is needed to use it:
- what has Kodi (remote) to do with it?
- what to install on the TV or the Smartphone?
- how to set up the several components?
After all, it only takes you 10-15 minutes. I'd recon that if this info was accessible more easily for more users, you'd get more development support from the community (including me, hopefully).
