To help keep track of bits that will need covering...
- Scenario special rules > Reserves > Flyers
We'll need to specify that Flyer detachments in reserve are not in any of the Flyer readiness states, and that when they 'arrive' they go into Ready state. We may also need to add a reminder that Flyer missions appear to be optional, so the Flyers aren't forced to arrive on the table in the turn they arrive.
