Always output glb format when generating b3dm from glb or obj

Hi @zhangIU

With the recent release of the 3DTiles 1.1 Specification,
all output data format has been changed to glb.

The change was made for format consistency.
So the files are output in glb format,
but the "--outputType" is still written as "b3dm (Batched Model)" to specify the rules for tiling.

If you want to output to .b3dm as before, please add the option
--tilesVersion 1.0

If your input data (2313.obj) has no coordinates, you can use the "-longitude", "-latitude" arguments to define the location.

Or, better, you can use a KML file to define the location, rotation or scale of your model.

Do you mean I can directly convert KML files to b3dm, like the following method

Yes, you can convert KML files to 3d tiles. Inside KML files there are the 3d model url. Use inputType as kml.
