response time out error

im getting a "could not send request" error for the GET command in postman. what is the issue?

1. refresh the page and try again it will get fixed!
2. if the issue still persists then delete the request and create a new one!

I even adjusted the request timeout in the settings still the issue didn't go away. Is it possible it has something to do with postman agent not running properly in the bg?
and the console just says this

This is possible, try after a few minutes in the browser workspace or close the tab and reopen it, It will start the new session
