Touchpoints Demo Environment

Touchpoints maintains a Demo environment to enable users to try the tool, and ideally provide feedback that helps shape Touchpoints into being an even better tool to support Customer Experience.

The Touchpoints Demo Environment is available at https://touchpoints-demo.app.cloud.gov.

An account at the Login.gov "Integration" environment is also required to log into Touchpoints Demo environment.

⚠️ The data in Demo environment may be refreshed (deleted) at any given time. The environment is only for testing and feedback and is not to be used for Production purposes. ⚠️

To get a Demo Account, please send an email to feedback-analytics@usa.gov, and a member of the Feedback Analytics team will get back to you.

If your agency is interested in implementing Touchpoints, please complete the Touchpoints Onboarding Questions, which aid in identifying a suitable Service and what a specific Touchpoint looks like for that Service. The questions include identifying staff from your federal government agency that will use Touchpoints. Sending the completed Touchpoints Onboarding Questions, and the Feedback Analytics team will create Touchpoints accounts for your staff, and notify the requestor.

Demo Workflow

  1. login to Touchpoints Demo environment
  2. create a Service
  3. create a Touchpoint (and select a FormTemplate)
  4. modify the Touchpoint's Form
  5. test the Touchpoint Form Submission
  6. view the Touchpoint Form Submissions
  7. provide feedback to the Feedback Analytics team about your experience via GitHub issues, or by emailing feedback-analytics@gsa.gov
