Iterate over ROIs of an image for input

Hello Pierre, it's me bothering you again 😅

I thought about integrating to your GUI omero_batch-plugin an option to iterate over the ROIs of an image (on top of iterating over images inside a dataset like it already does). Two things I thought about:

• Limiting the batch processing to ROIs with a given name (eg "batch_process" or "batch_mask")
• Limit to rectangle shapes, or include polygone & circles as masks to the images

Something in the direction of the example macro I made for the loading of subregion: Subregion_from_rois.ijm.

Do you think that's something in the scope of this plugin?
