Use the EBA load test data to test and publish limits of a single filer instance, configured for the EBA scenario.
It should include information such as:

• How long to process a single 150MB signed report
• How many 1MB signed reports it can process per minute
• How many 150MB signed report it can process per minute
• Any configuration information that impacts performance
• Recommendations for improving the throughput
• Recommendations for scaling the Filer service.
