Rename this project

With #150, we are developing teaching-dev and teaching-api more towards a "publishable" teaching platform. With this, it might make sense to rename the project.

The goal of this thread is to (1) discuss whether we eventually want to rename and (2) collect ideas for names.

Here are some first ideas:

• TeachingHub

imo the name still makes sense - it is still the "Showcase" of what can be done with our stack. And still, this is where we do development - standalone this project does not provide any useful content to teach...

But i'm open to a name change...
