Backup feature not working

I'm running into a weird issue when trying to use the backup command (example below). I've nuked the local directory and GCP project, rebuilt twice and I'm still running into an issue. Workflow is:

1. I run the command gyb --email user@email.com --action backup
2. I'm prompted to confirm the action I want GYB to perform (choosing 0-4, 5-7)
3. Then I receive a pop up in the browser to allow GYB to run, to which I choose allow
4. Receive an error stating: you did not authorize the OAuth token in the browser with the user@email.com Google Account. Please make sure you are logged in to the correct account when authorizing the token in the browser.

gyb --email user@email.com --action backup
Select the actions you wish GYB to be able to perform for user@email.com

[ ] 0) Gmail Backup And Restore - read/write mailbox access
[ ] 1) Gmail Backup Only - read-only mailbox access
[ ] 2) Gmail Restore Only - write-only mailbox access and label management

[] 6) Storage Quota - Drive app config scope used for --action quota

Other commands are working fine (gyb --email user@email.com --action print-labels) but I can't get backup to run. Any tips?

Update: this seems to only be an issue when running it on other users accounts, but I can successfully backup my own

Figured it out, I wasn't using --service-account flag.
