Options 'Allow Automatic Tunning' and ' Automatic Firmaware Update' not available.

Even with the last firmware, i don't have those 2 options on my Configure parameters page.

GroundStation Name: CT1FGS_GS

They appear by default or do i need to activate them somewhere?
