Simplify build instructions once patches are merged #1
Description
Once the two patches
- Implement special register access mode to write to AVR protected registers rust-embedded/svd2rust#784
- Add ATtiny 817 support Rahix/avr-device#144
are merged, we should be able to simplify the build instructions in the README a bit.
