Remove deprecated application cache for mobile viewing #512
Description
Using the document manifest attribute to use the application cache for viewing the page on mobile devices has been deprecated; see here for details.
The usage should be removed from the projects and should solely rely on the service-worker.js for offline viewing on mobile devices.
