Import books from GoodReads

In similar software as Ryot there is an option to import books from GoodReads. I think this feature would be usefull.

There is not an api to call but you can export the history as a CSV going to
"My Books" section and clicking in "Import/Export". It will generate a
CSV that we can import as is done with other sources.

The CSV created has the following structure:
