v1.17.2: Bugfixes and Portuguese

In v1.17.2, two smaller bugs have been fixed.

• The thousands separator was not handled correctly when parsing the stock numbers. This has been fixed now.
• The medicine name and the reminder amount inputs are now trimmed for white-spaces at the beginning and the end.

The app now contains a new language, Portuguese.
