v1.10.5: Layout improvement in landscape mode

Some screen layouts were not really convenient to use in landscape mode, consequently making the use of the app on tablets or larger phones a bit cumbersome. In this release, the layout of the overview and the medicine settings has been adapted for landscape mode.
