What is your suggestion, and why should it be implemented?

I have many questions for the devs and I'm not sure where to ask them, and since a few of them would be code related I've decided to ask here. I'd like to preface this by saying I absolutely LOVE this game and am very pleased with what has been done, I'm just curious and would like to contribute to making the game better in any way I confidently can. I know you guys have probably been asked similar questions a million times but some of these range from minor to serious.

• Why aren't the Credits up-to-date?
• What is with the OST not being uploaded in full anymore on streaming/iTunes and just straight up never making it to any sort of Bandcamp? (Vol. 4 has MANY missing tracks and no Instrumentals)
• Why is the game still so unoptimized? As a "programmer" (take that lightly) I get how hard it is to optimize games, but there's no reason the game should dip frames and stutter the way it does currently.
• Week 2 Event Anims are still bugged.
• Why is Senpai (Week 6 & the Pico Mix variants) no longer Pixel Perfect? (The Ratings Text is still pixel perfect making it even more noticeably jarring)
• Why are most cutscenes still video files? I noticed since the "UPDATE OF NEW RETURN" in 2024 (and possibly sooner) that many cutscenes are played in game using sprite maps. Week 7 even has enough already there to re-implement those cutscenes in-game, and it runs so much smoother while looking leagues better. I can understand cutscenes like in WeekEnd 1 being videos since they're fully animated, but the ones in Week 7 and it's Pico Mixes is just strange.
• What's going on with the KickStarter Backer Portal and the KickStarter Rewards as a whole? I know it's been development hell with those things, but you could at least give us some info on what's going on. I've been seeing people get their stuff (I personally got the pin tier) but it's been VERY scattered.

If I can think of anymore that aren't just small nitpicks I'll be sure to update this. Thank you in advance for potentially reading. Again, loving the "frequent" updates, just trying to help!

• Why aren't the Credits up-to-date? v0.6.2 adds all the missing credits from the update! It got uploaded like 5 minutes ago. Credits are really important and we definitely need to be more prompt with them going forward (we did at least make sure composer and chart credits were correct).
• What is with the OST not being uploaded in full anymore on streaming/iTunes The OST should be correct I don't know what you're referring to.
• Why is the game still so unoptimized? HaxeFlixel is not well-suited to games with massive textures like ours. I've been working on fixes behind the scenes to try to make things better (including the long-requested GPU Textures option) but that takes a long time to implement and test on a variety of platforms.
• Week 2 Event Anims are still bugged. Can you be more specific? We made tweaks to them and they should be correct now.
• Why is Senpai (Week 6 & the Pico Mix variants) no longer Pixel Perfect? I recall there being a camera option a bit ago that was really jarring and made people nauseous so we got rid of that, but snapping things to the pixel grid where we can helps make things look good.
• Why are most cutscenes still video files? This is mainly a result of FlxAnimate being still in heavy development. We're working on improving things internally but certain sprite animations (such as the Week 7 intro animation) implement effects which are problematic to render efficiently in-game.

Alrighty! Thanks for answering most of these. With the OST (as shown here

It's missing Pico (Pico Mix) among other songs and there are no Instrumentals.
With Week 2, I've noticed every time I play no matter the difficulty or version one or both of the characters doesn't emote during Spookeez (the "Yeah!!" parts)

• HaxeFlixel is not well-suited to games with massive textures like ours.
  In this case, how "massive" are you referring to? In the case of using texture atlases for handling player sprites (such as how Blazin does it), how much of a difference does it make in terms or performance?

For example, here's pico exported as a sparrow sprite, rather than an altas sprite:

For some extra context, Half-Life maps are 10 times smaller than this.
