Has LocalCommand been replaced with something else ?

I am using the latest master version and I am noticing that LocalCommand was deleted in e5901bb . Is there an alternative to that functionality now since documentation still points to "ripple local"

Also found out that the LocalCommand has been removed (still available in the nuget package however, but trying to debug).

Be aware that Ripple has discontinued last time I checked. After a lot of fiddling around our team decided to look for other solutions(which we found none as close as Ripple)
