I believe the bot only supports one repository at the moment. It should definitely be possible to add support for multiple repos, I'll take a look into this right away.

I've committed a proof of concept to the multi-repo branch. Give it a go if you like and let me know if it works, as I currently don't have any easy way to test the changes myself. Will merge to master and release new version on npm once I know it works fine. :)
